First Haircut & Pretty Feet

Well, we finally did it. Adam has no more comb over. He got his first haircut today.






Kasey and I went for pedicures today. Now we have cute feet for the cruise!

ANOTHER GOLD!

Kasey had her State Meet today. She did awesome! She brought home another gold medal and
her team took 1st Place. Way to go!!

Just Checking In

I have no picture but thought I better write something for fear of the "probabation warning". This week has been a crazy weather week. It's kind of been an "all season" week, a little bit of everything. Well, I'm happy to report that after giving my knee a rest for several days, I went back to running today and it did pretty good. I was a little nervous when it hurt so bad before. I got me a fancy knee brace, I've been told that l look like a professional now. Well, you know, it's all about the looks.

That's right! I did 8 miles today. I could have gone longer but my knee gave out. I was feeling so good so I was pretty bummed. I'm sure I looked like a damsel in distress running on State Street. I sure hope I can fix that problem. Thought I would share my good news. If you would have asked me a month ago if I could have ran that, I would have laughed and said no way!
